2.g – Personal Data of Business Contacts

When our customers use Gojiberry to identify high-intent B2B leads, we process limited professional information about those leads, including: name, job title, company, public LinkedIn URL, business email, and public professional activity (job changes, likes, comments, event registrations).

Source: Public Professional profiles and third-party enrichment providers.

Purpose: Enabling our customers to identify relevant B2B prospects.

Legal basis (GDPR): Legitimate interest in facilitating legitimate B2B business development.

Retention: Lead data is retained for a maximum of 60 days from the most recent refresh and then automatically purged. Individuals who submit an opt-out request are deleted within 30 days and added to a suppression list to prevent re-enrichment.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

- Provide and maintain Gojiberry.ai

- Identify high-intent B2B leads for your campaigns

Your account data is retained as long as your subscription is active

Deleted accounts are fully purged within 90 days

‍Certain data (e.g. billing records) may be retained longer to comply with legal obligations

Gojiberry.ai is operated from Europe.

If you are in the EU/UK, your data may be transferred to third-party processors in the United States or other countries. In such cases, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to ensure adequate protection of your data.
