What is Gojiberry, exactly?

Gojiberry is an AI-powered assistant that listens to your sales or customer calls, then automatically generates a clear summary, personalized follow-up email, key insights, and next steps — all in one place.

How does Gojiberry work?

You connect your Google Meet (and soon Zoom/Teams). After every call, Gojiberry processes the transcript and gives you:
- A structured summary of what was said
- Actionable follow-up emails
- Key insights & objections
- Send it to your CRM (if needed)

Can I upload a visio from another platform?

Yes. If your meeting wasn’t on Google Meet, you can manually upload an audio or video file (Zoom, Teams, Loom, etc.) or even just the transcript. Gojiberry will still generate the full summary and follow-up for you.

How long does it take to set up?

Less than 2 minutes. Just sign up, connect your Google Calendar, and you’re ready to go. Your next meeting will automatically be processed.

Does Gojiberry write emails for me?

Yes. After each meeting, we generate a personalized follow-up email you can copy, edit, or send as is. It's tailored to what was said in the meeting and always includes a clear call-to-action.

Is my data private and secure?

Absolutely. Your call transcripts and summaries are encrypted and stored securely. Only you (and your team, if applicable) can access them. We never sell or share your data.

Can I use Gojiberry without a CRM?

Yes. Even without a CRM, Gojiberry helps you stay organized by centralizing meeting summaries, insights, and follow-ups. When you're ready to use a CRM, we’ll offer direct integrations.

Which platforms do you support?

We currently support Google Meet, and Zoom & Microsoft Teams are coming soon. You can also upload a transcript manually if needed. For CRM, we integrate with HubSpot (PipeDrive & more are coming soon)

Can I invite my team?

Yes! Gojiberry is even more powerful when used across your sales team. Each member gets their own dashboard, but you can collaborate and review insights across the team.

Is Gojiberry available in multiple languages?

Yes. Gojiberry can understand and summarize calls in multiple languages (starting with English and French), and we’re adding more based on demand.
